Ulrick Matsunaga Honored by the SD Metro
Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson (CGS3) attorney Ulrick Matsunaga has been named among San Diego’s “Top 40 Under 40” for 2024 by SD Metro, a longtime San Diego business magazine.
This marks the 25th year SD Metro has honored San Diego’s top young professionals. A feature highlighting all the honorees was published recently in the May issue of the magazine.
According to CGS3 founding partner Sean Southard, Matsunaga represents the future of the firm’s entity formation and tax practice. “Ulrick’s real world experience and personal commitment to excellence enable him to provide our clients with valuable transactional support in solving complex business issues and achieving creative, ethical, and balanced solutions when forming entities and structuring transactions.”
With more than a decade of Big 4 experience, says Southard, “his background in both consulting and operations enable him to deliver a level of client service and insight that far surpass his years in practice. He is well-deserving of this accolade.”
Prior to joining CGS3, Matsunaga was a senior operations leader for Sonder Holdings, Inc. a publicly traded hospitality company. For seven years, he worked for Deloitte Consulting, climbing the ranks from business analyst to manager.
He holds a J.D. from USD School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. An active member of NAIOP San Diego, he is also a volunteer and patron of the Oceanside Museum of Art and a wildlife champion of San Diego Wildlife Alliance.
