Options for Enforcing Leases in a Time of Pandemic

Landlords are left juggling rent and mortgages as state and local officials shut down businesses and residents are ordered to stay in their homes as part of the nationwide response to the current coronavirus pandemic.  As more states and cities impose temporary eviction moratoriums, it is more important than ever for landlords to review their leases and protect their rights if their tenants stop paying rent.
