With a legal career spanning more than 25 years, he has expertise in disputes arising out of broken real estate purchases and sales and investments; disputes arising out of breaches of representations and warranties; building issues related to construction, liens and easements; commercial landlord/tenant disputes and title, zoning, entitlements and boundary issues.
Active in a variety of organizations, he serves on the board of directors of Beth Israel of San Diego and chairs the board of directors of Art of Elan. He previously chaired the board of directors at Second Chance San Diego.
