While residential eviction restrictions remain in place throughout California due to the passage of Assembly Bill 3088, those protections do not apply to commercial landlords.  Commercial eviction restrictions are easing, and landlords interested in pursuing an eviction should take into account several important considerations – including whether an eviction would be viable or even a wise economic decision.
