With over two decades of experience handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financings, Alison Pappas specializes in the complex leasing of office, life science, retail and mixed-use projects – and is a core member of CGS3’s complex transactions practice group.
An exceptionally talented and insightful real estate attorney, she was most recently the managing director and general counsel of The EMMES Group of Companies – a privately-owned, hands-on real estate investor-operator – where she was responsible for all legal and compliance functions and oversaw the leasing of the firm’s high-rise office properties nationwide. Her extensive experience also includes compliance, corporate governance, litigation management and contract drafting and as well as expertise in managing distressed assets and guiding senior management and board of directors through post-reorganization process.
Prior to joining EMMES, she was general counsel of EVOQ Properties and practiced real estate law at Paul Hastings – representing clients on a broad range of real estate and corporate transactions.
