Dawn Saunders is a dynamic collaborator whose proactive, service-oriented approach to the leasing process supports both landlords and tenants — laying the groundwork for mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships.  She brings 20 years of legal experience to her commercial real estate practice, helping clients maximize their investments and advance their business objectives.

Having represented large institutional landlords as well as a full range of real estate end users, particularly in the life sciences, technology and laboratory sectors, she understands both the big picture and the technical ins and outs of getting deals done efficiently and effectively.

“Landlords and tenants in highly regulated industries like life sciences are in it together for the long-term. When I see clients working collaboratively to create relationships that last beyond a single lease, I know we’ve done it right.”

Her leasing practice encompasses an array of industries, from retail and office to lab and industrial/R&D.  Additionally, Dawn is frequently sought to provide legal advice to clients on the real estate implications of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as related corporate financing and restructuring.
