“Clients are trusting me with their livelihoods and aspirations, and because of this, I am passionate about and committed to helping them maximize their goals. I pride myself in timely identifying the business and legal issues that are at the heart of the deal, taking into account the negotiating context and applying my market knowledge acquired from comparable transactions.  This allows me to create ideal negotiating strategies, deal structures and document sets based on the circumstances.”
