Ann Maas brings dedication, a spirit of collaboration, and a passion for her work as a real estate attorney to every deal she does.  Through years of practice, she has carefully honed her skills to work at peak efficiency in getting deals drafted, negotiated, and signed while maintaining a keen awareness of the client's needs and business goals.  She diligently stays current with available technology in order to keep her deals organized and moving forward smoothly.  Whether it is a new lease, an amendment, or a problem at a property, Ann is focused and proactive, making the matter a priority until it is completed. 

With experience representing both landlords and tenants, Ann specializes in office and retail leasing.  In addition, she has significant experience working on purchase and sale transactions.  As former in-house counsel for a real estate investment firm, Ann understands the client's perspective and knows the value of responsiveness when it comes to completing deals.  She is meticulous in her client communication – clients always know the status of their project and can be confident that Ann is on their team and will make sure their matter is completed efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining CGS3, Ann worked at large law firms including Mintz Levin and Allen Matkins and was in-house Senior Counsel at Equastone.  Outside of work, Ann is passionate about language and writing and enjoys using her writing skills in a variety of other venues, including donating her time to help with resumes, college essays, and editing.
