SAN DIEGO (October 2, 2018) – Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3) – representing RAF Pacifica Group, a San Diego-based owner, operator and developer of high-quality commercial real estate – helped close the $170-million portfolio sale of 12 Class A industrial assets located throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. CGS3, Southern California-based a premier commercial real estate law firm handled all stages of the transaction, including the negotiation of the purchase and closing.
