Saunders has spent more than 20 years of her career concentrating on commercial leasing within the technology and biotechnology/life sciences companies and laboratory and manufacturing industries. She has extensive experience with the acquisition/disposition of commercial real estate, including providing oversight of the due diligence process and advice on mergers/acquisitions and the related financing and restructuring implications.

Active in the community, Saunders is a member of Athena, a professional organization of women in STEM industries, and also on the board of directors of NAIOP San Diego.

She has been recognized for three consecutive years in San Diego Super Lawyers – most recently has one of the publication’s Top 25 Female Attorneys in San Diego – and has also been honored as one of the San Diego Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business.”
