2020 Laws: A Housing Game-Changer? (AB 1482)

The highly anticipated Assembly Bill 1482, which took effect January 1st, is touted to be the most significant policy change for housing in California in the last quarter century.  But upon closer inspection, a myriad of exemptions and restrictions could limit how much protection is afforded to tenants under the new law.
